The mustard taste isn't at all affected by the heat, and, if you smell the bottle, you can experience being mustard gassed without dying. It goes good on hot dogs with relish, if you're not a wimp.Bought it for my brother in law. He loves the stuff on his burgers. Check the size. It was a much smaller bottle than I expected. Product is great, just not enough of it so I gave it 4 stars.Love this stuff on hot dogs without distorting the mustard flavor. Being from Buffalo, we love our Weber hot mustard with horseradish in it. I add this right to the jar and kick it up to the next level. I also love it on soft pretzels or any other place you would use mustard. I highly recommend it.It's hot. No doubt about that. It will clear your sinuses. But, it also tastes really good!
