Purchased Excel-G both front and back struts/shocks at the same time for my 2010 Chrysler 300c. The front struts where American made and longer than stock so when installed it raised the front so much that it looked like an off road vehicle. Uninstalled them and had dealer install OEM. Paid twice for labor. The rear shocks were Japanese and so was unable to install the rubber boot which hides the top of shock. Being it was cosmetic decided not to incur double labor charges but will have to live with it. Before ordering from Amazon I triple checked part numbers with the manufacturer to be sure I was ordering the correct parts for my vehicle. Thru no fault of Amazon but my own I missed the window of opportunity to return them. I had heard that ordering auto parts from Amazon was like rolling the dice as to getting the right product. I learned a very costly lesson
